Jason Lo
Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (Los Angeles office)
Jason C. Lo is a partner resident in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practices litigation with a specialty in intellectual property law, with a focus on patent and trade secrets litigation, as well as antitrust and competition law. He has successfully represented leading companies in various industries, including the video game, semiconductor, military defense, and pharmaceutical industries. He has litigated high-stakes patent infringement cases in courts throughout the United States, as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission.


   

Christopher T. Timura
Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (Washington, D.C.)

Christopher T. Timura is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm’s International Trade and White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups.

Christopher advises at the intersection of national security, foreign policy, and U.S. international trade regulation and represents clients before the U.S. Departments of Commerce, State, Treasury, Homeland Security, and Justice in export controls, sanctions and import-related investigations, disclosures, and enforcement actions. His clients span economic sectors and range from start-ups to Global 500 companies. In 2022, the Department of Commerce appointed Mr. Timura to serve on its Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee where he chairs its enforcement and compliance working group.

Nicole (JungEun) Lee is a senior associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington, D.C. office. She practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing primarily on white collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, and complex civil litigation.

Nicole has significant experience representing multinational corporations in government investigations, enforcement actions, and internal investigations involving anti-corruption, anti-terrorism, sanctions, export controls, and accounting misconduct issues. She also regularly advises clients on compliance policies, programs, and internal processes related to these subject matters. Nicole has conducted numerous compliance risk assessments and compliance trainings for multinational clients, including those in the technology, financial, consumer goods, aerospace, energy, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries.
