Thomas H. Lee is Of Counsel, resident in Hughes Hubbard’s New York office. He has litigated petitions, appeals and dispositive motions in the U.S. Supreme Court, other federal courts, and New York state courts; advised U.S. and other non-Korean companies on doing business and investing in Korea; and advised foreign governments on U.S. and international law. He also has expertise and experience in international commercial and investor-state arbitration and litigation and regulation relating to social-media data protection and cyberlaw.
Derek Adler’s practice focuses on complex international commercial disputes and related US criminal/regulatory matters. He is Co-Chair of Hughes Hubbard's Litigation Practice and Co-Chair of the firm's International Practice. He regularly represents non-US clients in US litigation, arbitration, regulatory and law enforcement matters. He also advises US-based clients in plotting transnational and multijurisdictional litigation strategy.
Seth D. Rothman is a litigation partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, products liability and mass torts. Seth has 30 years of experience representing clients in courts throughout the country, in arbitrations, and before other tribunals. He has been involved in high stakes matters on behalf of leading pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. Seth is Co-Chair of the firm’s Asia Pacific Practice Group and has significant experience representing Japanese clients in international arbitrations and U.S. litigation.
